About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our commercial growth initiatives and drive revenue expansion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong background in financial services and a proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive growth.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to maximize team performance and drive results.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients to position S&P Global Market Intelligence as a trusted partner.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and product development initiatives.
  • Represent S&P Global Market Intelligence at industry events and client meetings to promote our solutions and generate leads.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Finance, Economics, or Engineering.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 6 years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
