**Key Responsibilities:**
The Strategic Sales Excellence Director will lead the development and implementation of strategic and operational plans to drive business performance in the High Specialty market. This role will be responsible for identifying and developing key capabilities in the sales teams to ensure competitiveness.
**Essential Skills:**
This position requires strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyze and synthesize complex information. The ideal candidate will have experience in Training/Development and/or Commercial area in High Specialty, with a strong background in pharmaceutical industry and advanced English skills.
