Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our growing team. As a key member of our outbound Sales operations, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with prospective clients, generating client interest, and contributing to the company's overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Identification on Upwork: Search and filter projects that align with our tech stack, evaluate feasibility, and submit proposals.
  • Upwork Profile Management: Maintain a professional profile, follow up on submitted proposals, and lead qualification.
  • Lead Qualification and Transfer: Identify qualified leads, transfer them to the Marketing and Solutions team, and track and report on progress.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve our Sales operations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in outbound lead generation or sales development.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a desire to meet and exceed monthly lead-generation goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools, with the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies.
  • Strong Communication Skills, Empathy, and Active Listening.
  • Relationship Building, Problem-solving, and Critical Thinking.
  • Adaptability, Flexibility, Time Management, and Organization.
  • Excellent Objection Handling and Experience in Tech Consulting.
