Your Role in a Nutshell

Are you looking for a challenge that involves working with Channel Partners and End User accounts, developing and strengthening account-wide relationships, and dealing with the most advanced technology in the market today? Our Territory Manager role could be the next step in your career. From understanding customer needs to proposing the most feasible solutions, you'll be at the heart of new opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow existing Channel Partners and End User accounts
  • Identify and build Channel business by recruiting new Partners
  • Manage strategic relationships at all levels for greater customer reach
  • Involve yourself in complex deals and decision-making processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Support Partners by conducting product and solutions presentations across all levels of the organization
  • Accurately forecast and report results
Your Knowledge & Skills
  • 3-8 years of experience in Channel/Territory management and sales within the IT industry
  • Partner/Reseller knowledge
  • Established relationships at all levels with customers in the geography
  • In-depth knowledge of the sales cycle
  • Hands-on and proven track record of sales achievements
  • Strong communication and confident individual
  • Knowledge of the Cyber Security industry (highly preferred)
  • Eligibility to work in Mexico without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future
