Key Responsibilities
- Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a quarterly basis
- Build and manage relationships with prospects and accounts in the territory
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business growth and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and demos with prospects and customers to showcase the value of Zendesk's products
- Track and manage all opportunity and customer details in Salesforce
Requirements
- 4+ years of software selling experience, with a focus on commercial software sales
- 2+ years of outbound prospecting experience
- Experience selling to director/VP level leaders
- Technical savvy with a detailed understanding of related technologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
