Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our Lubricants Sales Department in Mexico. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for selling ExxonMobil products and services in an assigned territory portfolio, while driving profitable growth and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a local sales plan to meet annual planning and budget objectives
- Remain up-to-date on market conditions, trends, and competitor activity
- Manage credit and pricing consistent with defined offer standards
- Meet operational expense objectives for the area of responsibility
- Support Channel Partners by providing sales pipeline coaching, account planning, and sell-out support
Requirements
- Collaboration, effective communication, and a focus on business value
- Preferably a Chemical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or Industrial Engineer
- Recent graduate with no previous experience required
- Analytical, negotiating, and opportunity management abilities desirable
- Ability to drive a stick-shift vehicle (manual transmission)
