Restaurant Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our Central Queue team, driving engagement and growth for our valued restaurant customers.
About the Role- Manage our largest segment of restaurant customers, promoting adoption and retention through consultative sales and account management techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions that meet customer needs and drive business outcomes.
- Utilize data insights to inform and persuade restaurant partners, reframing their approach to operations and revenue growth.
- A minimum of $60,000 annual salary, plus benefits, including Mexican Social Security (IMSS), Christmas Bonus, Paid Time Off, Vacation Premium, Parental Leave, and more.
- Consistent record of consultative selling and/or account management experience, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Deep knowledge of restaurant operations, with the ability to understand and address complex challenges and opportunities.
- Excellent communication, listening, influencing, and training skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including restaurant owners, chefs, and staff.
- Mexican Social Security (IMSS) benefits, ensuring peace of mind and financial security.
- A comprehensive compensation package, including a $60,000 annual salary, plus benefits.
