Product Sales Director

Job Overview: The Product Sales Director will lead the sales strategy for a specific product or product set, optimizing sales channels to deliver a consistent client experience and driving revenue growth.

About You, you have at least 10 years of related product sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to represent the organization with senior leaders of partner organizations. Your knowledge of general banking operations and cross-sell opportunities is a must.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Manage sales teams to achieve sales goals and optimize productivity.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to refine risk policies and processing costs.
  • Drive partnerships and deployment opportunities with external stakeholders.
  • Maintain compliance with Citigroup's Compliance & Control policy and local regulatory guidelines.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
