Job DescriptionWe're seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Experience team. As a trusted advisor and advocate, you'll build and grow long-term relationships with our customers, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute customer onboarding strategies to ensure seamless adoption.
- Upsell and promote products, introducing new features to clients and driving account growth.
- Manage customer complaints and concerns, providing timely assistance and solutions.
- Collect and share customer feedback with our Product, Sales, and Operations teams.
- Monitor account health, prevent churn, and manage escalations.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to set customer expectations and ensure successful outcomes.
- Several years of experience in Customer Success, preferably in a product and tech-focused environment.
- Proven track record of growing and developing customers.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience writing, speaking, and presenting to customers and stakeholders.
- Fluent English language skills, with well-structured communication.
