Customer Service Team Lead
At Optimas Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our customer service team. This individual will be responsible for managing, developing, and implementing policies and procedures to ensure that customers receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent service and meet performance metrics.
- Provide coaching and feedback to representatives to improve their performance.
- Conduct reviews and appraisals to evaluate job contributions.
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements to the customer experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive incremental revenue and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in customer service management, preferably in a B2B enterprise environment.
- Proven track record of building, leading, and scaling customer service teams.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
