About the Role

In this opportunity, you will be responsible for supporting customer due diligence reviews, ensuring timely receipt of customer documentation and information by working with internal partners and directly with customers.

  • Manage the customer re-validating process and handle general account maintenance.
  • Support team leaders in relation to monthly reporting and QA reviews.
  • Act as a business resource to internal business partners to address routine and non-standard issues, ensuring onboarding protocols are followed and business needs are met.
  • Support the ongoing evolution and execution of the overall customer onboarding program.
  • Generate and retrieve data for reporting purposes as requested.

About You

You could be a good fit for this role if your background includes:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or order management role.
  • Project management skills.
  • 1-2 years of general business experience.
  • Clear and effective communication skills (written and verbal) focused on excellent customer service.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.
  • Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Excellent PC skills and familiarity with Microsoft 365 and secure cloud services (including SharePoint and Teams), SAP, and Salesforce required.
  • Ability to establish and maintain productive internal business relationships.
  • High level of initiative and ability to perform in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
