About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will support customer due diligence reviews to ensure timely receipt of customer documentation and information, working closely with internal partners and customers.

  • Manage the customer re-validating process and handle general account maintenance.
  • Support team leaders in monthly reporting and QA reviews, ensuring adherence to onboarding protocols and business needs.
  • Act as a business resource to internal partners, addressing routine and non-standard issues and providing excellent customer service.
  • Support the ongoing evolution and execution of the customer onboarding program, attending training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Generate and retrieve data for reporting purposes and assist with projects as needed.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Prior experience in customer service or order management, with project management skills
  • 1-2 years of general business experience
  • Clear and effective communication skills, with a focus on excellent customer service
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
  • Excellent PC skills and familiarity with Microsoft 365, SAP, and Salesforce
  • Ability to establish and maintain productive relationships with internal partners
  • High level of initiative and ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix environment
