Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for the Mexican market
  • Build and lead a high-performing regional team
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including franchisees and suppliers
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure business growth and profitability

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a business-related field
  • Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably in the coffee or F&B industry
  • Strong business acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Fluency in Spanish and business proficiency in English
