About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Bekaert. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the Northwest Mexico region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage existing value chain and continually grow market share
  • Work with engineers and owners to build product specifications
  • Prepare and present technical proposals
  • Identify new opportunities within the region and develop strategies to capitalize on them
  • Facilitate regional business growth with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Manage established regional accounts and report on competitor activity, territory forecasting, and territory performance
  • Recommend new product innovations to drive business growth
  • Price negotiation with customers in coordination with Area Sales Manager
  • Execute regional Commercial and Digital Marketing plans in line with X+1 growth plans
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a strong track record of success in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Sales/Marketing, and a minimum of 5 years of proven outside sales experience.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment and travel up to 50% of the time in the assigned region.
