Job Description:
As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for generating prospects and building high-performance sales teams to ensure commercial growth. Your primary focus will be to provide technical support for sales, identify and expand target customer accounts, and manage leads through the lead flow cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold outreach and prospecting
- Manage leads through the lead flow cycle
- Foollow up on marketing leads and qualify potential opportunities
- Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new initiatives or solutions
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent, as well as 3-4 years of commercial and client relationship management experience. You should also have experience with prospecting tools to create target lists, excellent ability to manage and build relationships, and strong communication skills (Spanish and English).
Salary and Benefits:
Our salary range for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer competitive compensation, generous benefits, and a professional and culturally diverse work environment.
