Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Growth Management Analyst to join our team at Johnson & Johnson. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the pricing, promotional, and assortment strategy for a group of brands in Latin America to ensure profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement pricing, promotional, and assortment strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Contribute to the development of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) as a key capability for the Latin America region.
  • Lead the RGM strategy by identifying opportunities and boosting profitable growth in the Annual Planning Process.
  • Monitor the execution of RGM strategies throughout the year in the Brand Squads O2O.
  • Develop and manage tools, methodologies, and strategies to advance the RGM pillar.
  • Boost RGM knowledge, tool usage, and methodologies to accelerate capability process and adoption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience in RGM, Finance, Sales, Business Intelligence, or Brand Building.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Strategic thinking, data analytics, and influence skills.
