Senior Manager, Pricing and Revenue Growth

About the Role
The Senior Manager, Pricing and Revenue Growth will be responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies to drive revenue growth in the LATAM region. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform pricing decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to drive revenue growth in LATAM
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity
- Provide economic and analytical modeling to support pricing decisions
- Lead the strategic evaluation and financial modeling of pricing decisions and present findings to leadership
- Own strategic go-to-market planning and cross-functional workstreams to deliver and execute pricing projects
- Drive the planning and roadmaps of future regional pricing initiatives
- Become the key expert on local and regional dynamics in LATAM as it relates to micro and macro factors impacting pricing
Requirements
- 8 years' experience in the field
- Experience in fast-paced matrixed organizations, with media experience ideal
- Experience in LATAM markets a must; with NORAM, EMEA, and APAC a bonus
- Experience working within Marketing and Promotions teams ideal; with understanding of strategy development, key marketing functions, and consumer growth tactics
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, operations, economics, or related analytical discipline preferred
