Key Responsibilities- Promote Kohler Co.'s plumbing products to end consumers and assist in-store sales associates in designated retail stores.
- Conduct monthly store visits to provide training to in-store sales associates and ensure product displays meet company standards.
- Provide reports on competitor activities, sales floor displays, and end consumer pricing programs to Channel Marketing.
- Collaborate with the KAM Retail – Kitchen & Bath Mexico team to achieve sales targets and ensure brand guidelines are executed.
- High school diploma required.
- 2-4 years of experience in direct sales to end customers.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Excel and PowerPoint.
