About the Role

Verve Group is a leading advertising technology company that has revolutionized the way brands and publishers interact. As a Sales Executive for Brands, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with brand agencies and direct clients in Latin America, with a focus on the Mexican market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and negotiate deals with new advertisers, leveraging your commercial acumen and sales skills to drive growth.
  • Grow our advertiser portfolio in Latin America, identifying new opportunities and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Educate brands and agencies about programmatic advertising technologies and solutions offered by Verve Group, highlighting the benefits of our products and services.
  • Build strong sales pipelines for all product lines, including desktop and mobile branding, performance for user acquisition and retargeting, DOOH, and CTV.
  • Support event and trade fair preparations, representing Verve Group locally and promoting our brand and products.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities for business growth.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Account Managers, Ad Operations, Legal, and Finance, to ensure excellence in delivery.
  • Influence decisions through product and sales analysis, providing insights and recommendations to drive business outcomes.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Media Sales, preferably in the branding Ad Tech/Programmatic/Mobile Industry.
    • Excellent sales and interpersonal skills, with a relevant network of brand agencies.
    • Bachelor degree in Marketing / Advertising / Business or similar from a top university.
    • Willingness and ability to take full ownership of potential customer needs and requirements.
    • Exceptionally motivated and organized, with a passion for working in a dynamic and fast-growing company.
    • Team player with the ability to work independently to build their own sales strategies.
    • Established network with direct clients and advertising agencies is a plus.
    • Fluent in Spanish and English.
