Sales Director for US Market Expansion

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Development and Support Director to lead our SDR team in Mexico serving the US market. This role will also build a team of sales support coordinators to support US-based sales executives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, a deep understanding of the sales process, and the ability to drive results in a competitive market.
The Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the SDR and SSC team, ensuring that team members are effectively identifying and qualifying leads, handling tasks for the sales team, and ultimately contributing to the company's revenue growth.
About You
You're a fit for the role if your background includes:
- Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within a fast-paced tech or B2B environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and sales engagement platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and challenges.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and changing environment.
- Knowledge of the US market and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
