We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk and Field Services Coordinator to join our team in the Americas region.

As a key member of our Global Technology team, you will be responsible for coordinating Service Desk and Field Services operations, ensuring seamless delivery of IT services to our end-users.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating Service Desk and Field Services operations to ensure timely resolution of incidents and requests
  • Defining, controlling, and monitoring service provider activities to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Managing HW and SW assets according to company policies and processes
  • Leading the development of guidelines, processes, and formats for service delivery
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding of personnel

Requirements:

  • Advanced English language skills
  • 2+ years of experience in Service Desk coordination or supervision for over 1000 users
  • 3+ years of experience in Field Services coordination or supervision for over 1000 users
  • ITIL v3/v4 certification and experience working under Service Desk Institute frameworks
  • 5+ years of technical experience in Computing, Windows OS environment, and Mobile Environment
  • Experience in IT service management, contract management, and finance
