Service Desk Analyst

About the Role
The Service Desk Analyst plays a crucial role in developing and executing the service desk function for Essity globally. This involves working closely with service line operations teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the service desk function for GBS SAS globally
- Use knowledge of all processes within the service line to implement solutions that meet and exceed stakeholder needs
- Resolve tickets in a timely and effective manner, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Collaborate with the service development team to collect and transfer knowledge, driving continuous improvement
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new service management technologies and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an accounts payable and/or service desk role
- Strong knowledge of all areas within service desk responsibility
- Preferred system experience – SAP (R/3 and S/4), Invoice Track, Ariba, and Office 365
- Fluent English
