Mass Markets is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team in Puerto Penasco. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support through inbound and outbound calls.

As a Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior representatives or management as needed. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records, adhere to company policies and procedures, and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat requests
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data security and confidentiality protocols
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency
  • Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve business objectives and meet customer needs

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)2+ years of customer-facing experience, preferably in a call center environmentExcellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skillsAble to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlinesStrong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutionsProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPointAble to pass a background check and obtain any necessary security clearances
