Customer Experience Leader, Service Delivery Excellence

Your expertise will help teams navigate complex tasks and projects, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional outcomes.
A typical day for you will include:
- Driving improvement in key success metrics, including Customer Satisfaction Score, Service Level Goals, and Quality Goals
- Mentoring managers to ensure achievement of company and client objectives while addressing employee-related issues and coordinating training on new services, products, or processes
- Bringing time management and organizational skills to the forefront, helping managers prioritize and execute multiple tasks and projects
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years of call center or customer service experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
- The ability to engage and support teams, provide feedback, and escalate issues when necessary
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
