About the Role

We are seeking a strategic leader to join our team as a Customer Experience Manager for Food Delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences, elevating customer satisfaction, and championing a customer-centric culture within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Create CX strategies, structure, and processes to ensure internal efficiency and influence internal teams.
  2. Be the link between the local business and the CX team, incorporating business strategies into CX plans for the best customer experience.
  3. Translate business strategy into Customer Experience and Customer Service plans.
  4. Define, monitor, and deliver area OKRs.
  5. Establish governance to disseminate 'Voice of the Customer' to other business areas, improving NPS, contact rate, and CSAT.
  6. Engage regularly with senior leaders and lead multifunctional and cross-company projects with team members from diverse backgrounds.
