Sales Business Development Specialist for Spanish Market

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Executive for the Spanish Market to join our Sales team. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing sales qualified deals, developing customer experience, and identifying and supporting prospect clients throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing Sales qualified deals and effectively developing the customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Identify, navigate, and support prospect clients throughout their decision-making process, across the whole sales cycle to a point of close.
- Creatively develop effective account plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales quota.
- Establish and regularly conduct high-level negotiating with C-Suite and VP-Level Executives.
- Think creatively and utilize consultative selling techniques to effectively drive prospects throughout the sales process.
- Provide a reliable and accurate forecast of activities and revenue achievement to sales leadership.
- Collaborate daily with internal teams (SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Senior Leadership) to ensure we give the best service to our clients.
Requirements:
- Previous experience dealing with customers.
- Previous Sales Experience is highly evaluated.
- Passionate about sales, ambitious, and focused to achieve the team's goals.
- Tech-savvy and a natural passion for digital innovation.
- Demonstrate presentation skillset, with the ability to build relevant, strategic messaging based on customer insights.
- Social selling proficiency, using LinkedIn and other relevant online tools.
- Good communicator and empathize quickly with people.
- Proactive and like to put forward new ideas.
- Analytical, accountable, and detail-oriented.
- Forecasting and pipeline management experience and critical communication skills.
- Native-level Spanish speaker.
- Experience using typical sales tools, Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.
- Experience in Sales/B2B at a SaaS-based company or digital-transformation environments.
