Estimated Salary: 17,000 - 18,000 pesos/month (before taxes) + Benefits

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, outstanding communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-user technical support, troubleshooting, and tuning for hardware and systems, peripherals, and initial triage for client network environments
  • Windows 10 and 11 troubleshooting and operations, basic networking troubleshooting, and mobile phone support
  • SharePoint experience, Active Directory administration, and coordination with multiple support teams and vendors for escalation resolution
  • Supports the team process, participates in cross-functional teams, and understands and implements security best practices
  • Respond to network and server alerts to ensure maximum uptime of identified devices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting and administering VPN clients, Office 365, and Windows 10 troubleshooting
  • Brief understanding of SharePoint, remote support via phone and tools, and expertise in ticketing software such as ServiceNow or Cherwell
  • Azure AD and/or Active Directory account maintenance, group membership changes, distribution groups, OU management, and other AD functions
  • Solid familiarity with multi-function printers, imaging and deploying new laptop and desktop equipment, VOIP, and telephony issues
  • Extensive experience supporting Windows 10, MS Office, including Office 365, and ability to touch type minimum of 60 WPM
