Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and account management team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with our customers, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Account Management: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, and drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
- Customer Interaction: Manage customer interactions, provide exceptional customer service, and build long-term relationships with our customers.
- Pipeline Management: Create and manage a pipeline of opportunities, forecast sales accurately, and manage a pipeline effectively.
- Solution Selling: Uncover customer needs, identify and recommend solutions, and deliver tailored demos of our products and services.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales, account management, and/or customer service experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- 1+ years of sales experience in UCaaS, CCaaS, SaaS, PaaS, or related industries preferred.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and ability to manage a pipeline of opportunities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to create and present compelling sales presentations and pitch decks.
- Critical thinker who is fact-based and data-driven, able to understand and articulate key drivers and learning from the past.
- Team-oriented, collaborative, and competitive with a winning mindset, resilient and able to bounce back from setbacks.
- BA/BS in Business preferred or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
