**Job Summary: Customer Experience Representative**
At Sparrow Search, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Representative to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Process and confirm customer purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Enter new customers and contacts into our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Manage customer complaints and close cases in accordance with established procedures.
- Proactively communicate order and complaint status to customers, ensuring they are informed and satisfied.
**Requirements:**
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and technical aptitude to accurately process customer orders.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively manage customer relationships.
**Education and Experience:**
- College degree required.
- Over 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic knowledge of electrical power and advanced English proficiency.
