About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful renewal of our customers' contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Customer Success Managers in operational activities and renewal process
  • Collaborate with customer success team to ensure correct renewal process
  • Internal focal point to support Customer Success Managers (support for operational processes)
  • Survey of requirements, understanding of the scenario for contractual negotiations
  • Monitoring and direct control of accounts in Salesforce
  • General monitoring to guarantee renewable revenue during the renewal period
  • Monitoring of KPIs and Closing Periods
  • Direct monitoring of the general billing process
  • Direct follow-up with the contract team on documents and other requests involving customer demands
  • Guidance on approvals and follow-ups on various requests involving changes to documents
  • Mapping and monitoring of customer demands directed by the Customer Success Manager

About You

We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong analytical ability and excellent communication skills. You should have:

  • BA/BS Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience within or supporting Customer Success or sales teams
  • Salesforce experience and knowledge of enterprise SaaS tools
  • SAP experience and knowledge preferred
  • Strong analytical ability and able to prioritize multiple projects
  • Clear communicator with excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
  • Excellent problem solving, project management, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally to understand business requirements
