Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers fully utilize our solution to build a secure environment while enabling company users to manage their applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Existing Customer Relationships
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer loyalty and expand our business relationships.
- Conduct Regular Business Reviews
- Collaborate with customers to present strategic security strategies and ensure they are fully utilizing our solution.
- Maintain a Detailed Understanding of Products and Services
- Stay up-to-date on our products and services and suggest the best strategies to meet customer needs.
- Collect Customer Feedback
- Collect and review customer feedback, manage concerns, and advocate for all aspects of the customer experience with Cerby.
- Own New Customer Onboarding Process
- Develop and implement a new customer onboarding process to ensure quick value realization.
- Handle Customer Requests
- Respond to customer requests, answer questions, and guide them through best practices.
- Create and Optimize Existing Processes
- Develop and optimize existing processes within the company to enhance all Customer Success initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5-10 Years of Experience
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in customer success management positions or similar.
- Enterprise Experience
- Experience working with enterprise customers.
- Communication Skills
- Ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships (English required, a second language is a plus).
- Technical Knowledge
- Basic understanding of web technologies.
- Accountability and Organization
- Accountability and personal organization are essential.
- Problem-Solving Skills
- Ability to establish milestones and keep all team members on task.
- Process Analysis
- Experience analyzing and optimizing the existing processes in the Customer Success department.
- Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting
- Problem-solving and high-level troubleshooting abilities.
- Industry Experience
- Experience working within the Identity and Access Security space is a plus.
