Senior Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Professional to join our team at Ecolab. As the industry leader in water technology, we provide unparalleled solutions for customers across various industries.
Compensation Package:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive base salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including a company vehicle and cell phone, as well as opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
Job Description:As a Senior Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with existing and new customers. Your primary focus will be on generating sales plans, executing strategies, and providing technical support to customers to ensure they achieve their business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet profit increase goals
- Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and recommend innovative solutions
- Provide technical support to customers, identifying and resolving challenges, and escalating when necessary
- Sell and support Nalco Water innovations and technology to promote long-term business relationships
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, or a related field
- Three years of technical sales or field sales support experience
- Possess a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
