Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Manager in Chihuahua. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Provide sales support and guidance to other team members as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a FMCG industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
