Job Summary

To support extraordinary teams building great products and driving growth, we're looking for a Customer Service Representative located in Ciudad Juarez, North Site.

The role involves communicating with customers and addressing their inquiries effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain customer service standards during high-pressure situations such as increased call volume, limited resources or demanding customers
  • Interpret customer needs, recognizing symptoms, causes and solutions
  • Identify situations requiring further explanation or training and provide effective solutions as needed
  • Demonstrate clear speaking and writing skills in English, minimizing jargon to ensure customer comprehension
  • Track relevant metrics and drive action items based on results KPIs
  • Coordinate Orderboard, RMA, CMA, AR, OTD, Sales and Export Process
  • Validate SOX controls knowledge, including prices, incoterms, terms of payment and agreements
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics area for shipments following shipping instructions, understanding incoterms and import records
  • Correctly follow up and coordinate with operational areas involved in production and delivery planning to meet customer expectations
  • Monitor customer demand, receive purchase orders and coordinate with material and production control for priority customer requests
  • Business and Operations Knowledge EDI, CTO, BTO, BTF, Bilateral and Triangular Invoicing Process
  • Create CMF, MRF and PQR
  • PARTICIPATE IN CFT, OPERATIONS AND CUSTOMER MEETINGS

Requirements:

We seek candidates with:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Business, Engineering, Commerce or similar
  • Experience in the Automotive industry is mandatory
  • Knowledge of harness manufacturing
  • Strong experience in a similar position
  • Advanced English (spoken and written)
  • Strong experience in customer communication
  • MS Office
  • Knowledge of demand analysis
  • Advanced Excel
  • Analytical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to read, research and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, financial reports, legal documents or governmental regulations
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
  • Ability to present information and acknowledge questions from groups of managers, associates, vendors and/or customers
