Customer Service Representative

JOB OBJECTIVES

• Garantizar la satisfacción del cliente mediante un apoyo constante y la resolución de dudas en un plazo razonable, así como proporcionar atención personalizada al establecer y especificar los pasos a seguir para el proceso de ventas realizadas a nuestros clientes, con la intención de simplificar el control interno de nuestros procesos.

• Proporcionar seguimiento a las quejas de los clientes

• Confirmar la Orden de Compra, asegurándose de cumplir con los plazos de entrega establecidos en la cotización

RESPONSABILIDADES

• Proporcionar seguimiento a las quejas de los clientes

• Confirmar la Orden de Compra, asegurándose de cumplir con los plazos de entrega establecidos en la cotización

• Verificar y validar el Precio - Cotización frente a la Orden de Compra (Forma de Margen Bruto)

• Generar SO Interno y WO enfatizando fechas de entrega y entregarla a WHS / producción / Calidad / para programar la entrega

• Mantener la Orden de Compra activa hasta su entrega total

• Notificar al cliente en caso de retraso o entregas parciales

• Iniciar el proceso para la entrega del Material

• Archivar la Orden de Compra

• Seguir el proceso de cumplimiento del cliente

• Enviar inventario a los clientes

• Solicitar firma de aprobación para la Orden de Trabajo (WO) y enviarla al departamento.

• Monitoreo del horario de producción.

• Agendar entrega.

• Notificación de entrega al cliente.

• Iniciar proceso de facturación. (Pre-facturación)

• Verificar existencias en inventario.

• Confirmar la Orden de Compra con el proveedor.

• Atender RMA y evidencia al Departamento de Calidad.

• Preparar solicitud de Nota de Crédito y buscar firmas de aprobación de PM, AM, Gerente de Calidad, Gerente de Producción y Gerente de Finanzas.

• Presentar la solicitud de nota de crédito al departamento de finanzas.

• Entregar la nota de crédito al cliente.

• Notificar al departamento de finanzas de cambios en costos de materiales para la actualización en Quickbooks.

SCHOLARSHIP

Titulado universitario o estudiante de carrera en comercio, logística, administración

JOB EXPERIENCE

• Mínimo de 2 años en el mismo puesto o logística

• Experiencia en la gestión de sistemas de computadora (deseable quickbooks / crm / SAP)

• Experiencia en planificación

• Experiencia en embalaje (+)

SKILLS

• Capacidad para tratar al cliente

• Experiencia en resolución de conflictos

• Capacidad para desarrollar relaciones interpersonales

• Inglés (Requisito mínimo del 80%)
