The Role

You will work in a dynamic and inspiring environment, collaborating with a team of supportive and brave individuals who are passionate about learning and growth.

As an Administrative Assistant in our Global Facilities team, you will play a key role in the administration and operations of our travel systems, Health and Safety, property portfolio management, and mobile phone management.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to our Senior Managers and Directors
  • Assisting with daily office needs and managing general administrative activities
  • Interacting with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high levels of service
  • Supporting multiple internal processes within the team
  • Handling requests and queries
  • Managing diaries and scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Making travel arrangements and administering travel portal
  • Processing financial operations and financial reporting
  • Running reports and tracking workload
  • Participating in team projects and training junior team members

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written
  • Strong experience in working with different accounts and/or dealing with various administration activities
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Great stakeholder management skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
