About This Role

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in shaping the Colleague and Labor Relations strategy for the Mexico market. Reporting directly to the Director of Colleague and Labor Relations for LAC, you will be responsible for proactively defining and executing effective CLR strategies that align with global objectives.

Job Description

This strategic role involves:

  • Co-developing and co-delivering comprehensive CLR strategies that address business needs and promote employee engagement.
  • Implementing global strategies at the market level, ensuring seamless execution and alignment.
  • Handling complaints, cases, investigations, reductions in force, and grievances, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Offering consultative services on all employee-related matters, fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect.
  • Anticipating change and managing expectations by determining key colleague-affecting policies.
  • Leveraging internal and external data to identify trends and issues, developing remediation plans through training, policy, and process enhancement.
Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A track record of success within a highly matrixed multi-national environment.
  • 3 years of experience in Employee Relations/Employment Law, with a strong understanding of Mexico's Labor Relations environment.
  • Ability to operate in a matrixed environment and possess excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in producing presentations and reports.
  • Excellent leadership skills, including strategic thinking, influencing, and balance between people and results orientation.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus bonus incentives, comprehensive medical and dental benefits, flexible working models, generous paid parental leave policies, and access to global wellness centers.
