About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Care Supervisor to join our team at Nextiva. As a Customer Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of customer care professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of customer care agents to ensure high-quality customer service and support.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to customer care agents to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in the interview and selection process for new customer care agents.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in English language.
