Technical Customer Success Manager

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with at least 3 years of experience in customer success or product management, specifically within the enterprise software industry. They must have a proven track record of using customer feedback to drive product improvements and effectively managing customer relationships to maximize product value and adoption.

In this role, you will decode product usage trends, unearth customer pain points, and translate this wealth of information into actionable insights that pinpoint critical areas for product enhancement. You will steer our Customer Advisory Board (CAB), a forum where you'll mold strategic customer collaboration into a powerhouse of groundbreaking ideas.

Your efforts will culminate in compelling success stories that showcase increased product adoption and highlight the tangible benefits of our AI-enhanced solutions in addressing user needs. This is an exciting opportunity to lead with customer empathy, powered by AI, to deliver products that truly resonate with users.

You will regularly interact with customers to gather feedback through discussions and product usage observations. Identify and onboard high-value customers with a strong product fit to participate in the Customer Advisory Board. Synthesize feedback into actionable insights and communicate these to the product and engineering teams.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week) long-term position, immediately available. The compensation level for this role is $100,000 USD/year, assuming 40 hours/week and 50 weeks/year. The payment period is weekly.
