About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic P&L Manager to lead the management of profit and loss across various business lines. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to make a significant impact on our company's financial performance.


Key Responsibilities

As a Strategic P&L Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Managing and analyzing complex financial data to inform business decisions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Implementing and maintaining effective accounting policies and controls to ensure compliance with USGAAP
  • Participating in SAP implementation projects to drive business efficiency and scalability

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Over 10 years of experience in FP&A and Controller positions, preferably in a manufacturing industry
  • Recent experience working in a Big Four or similar environment (desirable)
  • Advanced conversational English skills
  • A results-oriented profile with excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills
