Job DescriptionThe Senior Manager, LAC Pricing and Revenue Management Strategy, plays a crucial role in maximizing the strategic value of our premium network by managing merchant discount revenue and other revenue streams. This position requires knowledge of all aspects of the merchant and payments business, including pricing strategies, financial analysis, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of analysts to drive pricing initiatives across the market, focusing on volume generation, efficiency enhancement, merchant satisfaction, and retention.
- Develop pricing strategies based on quantitative data analytics and provide recommendations on key financial and commercial terms during merchant negotiations.
- Evaluate business cases for various merchant pricing scenarios, model P&L impacts, and perform sensitivity analyses to inform agile business decisions.
- Draw insights from internal and external data to identify key opportunities and challenges during negotiations, supporting overall pricing strategies across all merchant segments.
- Drive pricing integrity and accuracy in merchant agreements and lead cross-functional teams to manage and implement all aspects of the pricing process.

- A self-starter who desires to own projects and drive results, with experience in managing direct reports and proven experience in pricing strategy, strategic financial analysis, or related fields.
We also prefer candidates with:
- Knowledge of the Mexican payments industry and competitive landscape.
- At least 7 years of experience working in a matrix environment in the financial industry.
- Experience managing pricing strategies within a contractual framework and SQL, PowerBI experience.
Estimated salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
