About the Role

We are looking for a talented Business Development Associate to join our team at Open It. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in enterprise sales and contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching, prospecting, and qualifying leads in the B2B software space. This will involve booking qualified sales appointments, generating leads and appointments, and reaching out to prospects through various channels such as cold calls, emails, and social networks.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Portuguese
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work well in groups

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in enterprise software sales
  • Experience in cold calling

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
