About the Role
As an Account Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients. You'll handle day-to-day interactions, manage projects, and work closely with our sales, fulfillment, and leadership teams to deliver exceptional results. You'll need strong organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills to succeed in this fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop client relationships based on mutual respect and high-quality service
- Use our core values to guide independent decisions about client accounts
- Continuously innovate new methods to improve client experience and retention
- Manage the entire client life-cycle, including launch calls, check-ins, billing, and offboarding calls
- Upsell clients on relevant products
- Collect client feedback and pass it along to the team to drive constant improvement
Requirements
- Must be fluent in English
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English
What We Offer
We're a full-time position that requires between 35-45 hours of work per week, depending on tasks. We're looking for someone to start immediately.
