We're seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team and help us expand our presence in the mid-market segment. As a Corporate Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with companies in the 1,000-5,000 employee range.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect into mid-market accounts, leveraging your exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships with decision-makers.
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales motions, from qualification to contract negotiation.
- Continuously assess customer needs and align Uber's value proposition to drive growth and revenue.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing sales strategies.
- Exceptional communication, listening, and organizational skills.
