Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in LATAM and the Caribbean regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy aligned with our overall business objectives and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Leading and managing the sales team, including technical teams, to ensure seamless collaboration and effective execution of sales plans.
  • Developing sales plans, setting targets, and forecasting sales volumes to ensure revenue goals are met or exceeded.
  • Buidling and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining market trend analysis, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Improving the sales process to increase efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness.
  • Tracking and analyzing sales metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • A degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in the industry we operate in.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Advanced English (native) and Spanish (mandatory), with Portuguese being highly recommended.
Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is $150,000-$180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
