Customer Experience Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
The Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for regular, on-going customer accounts on daily operational matters. This includes resolving operational issues related to the end-to-end sales process, such as order status, returns, and deliveries, invoicing, and post-sales programs.
In addition to resolving issues, this role will collaborate with other functions and organizations to resolve customer support-related issues, such as sales teams, supply chain, and logistics.
Required Qualifications:
A first-level university degree or equivalent experience is required, along with at least 2 years of related experience in supply chain, customer service, procurement, or financial management.
Essential Skills:
The successful candidate will possess good communication skills, with the ability to convey low to medium impact messages clearly to internal and external peers. Proficiency in English and the local language is required, as well as basic problem-solving and analytical skills.
A basic understanding of the end-to-end sales process and local legal compliance issues is also necessary for this role.
