Customer Experience Resolution Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Resolution Specialist to join our team at Hewlett Packard. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Key Responsibilities- Resolve moderately complex customer issues through effective communication, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, support activities, and issue resolution for future reference and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate efficient issue resolution, process improvements, and seamless customer experiences.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends, pain points, and areas for improvement in products, services, and processes.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer retention, loyalty, and satisfaction, ensuring a positive customer experience at all touchpoints.
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Sales, Marketing, or any other related discipline, or commensurate work experience.
- Typically 2-4 years of work experience in customer relationship management (CRM), customer service, customer experience management, account management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of S/4HANA or ability to quickly grasp functionality of S/4HANA.
- Effective Communication, Results Orientation, Learning Agility, Digital Fluency, and Customer Centricity.
The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans, as well as paid time off and holidays.
