Customer Success Lead

Our team is seeking a skilled Customer Success Lead to drive the growth of our client relationships. In this role, you will lead a team of retention specialists in a global software company, developing and managing talent, and establishing new teams as needed. You will work closely with senior management to set goals and drive the team to meet them. Your focus will be on priority touchpoints, leveraging sales enablement tools and processes. You will facilitate conversations that reinforce the value of our solutions and apply broad perspectives to identify solutions to complex customer problems.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree, fluent English, and a minimum of 5 years of experience managing a team that supports a U.S.-based Book of Business. You will also need a proven track record of leading a team of retention specialists in a global software company, experience in developing talent and managing team performance, and a demonstrated ability to drive retention and upsell strategies.
