We are looking for a talented Customer Success Director to join our team in Mexico City, Mexico. This role will play a vital part in leading the CSP Managers and their teams to drive strategic direction and set them up for success both now and in the future.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead a team through change and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success or relevant management experience. You will be responsible for managing the Customer Success Partner Managers and their corresponding teams, ensuring they are set up for success both now and in the future.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the Customer Success Partner Managers and their corresponding teams
  • Drive the strategic direction of the team with the other Senior Manager(s) and Director of Customer Success
  • Ensure client managers are supported using the standard channels and build long-term trusting relationships with the customers to ensure they realize their full value from their investment with Maersk
  • Coordinate with One Team Sales to ensure the support on transactional process execution is working as expected
  • Drive invoice quality by understanding root causes and correcting issues
  • Drive customer Net Promoter Score
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related industry preferred
  • Proven ability to lead a team
  • Proven ability to lead a team through change
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Success or relevant management experience
