Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Solutions Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our partner ecosystem in the LATAM region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and deepen partnerships with leading system integrators and consulting companies.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with a strong track record of success in business development, account management, and strategic planning. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to identify new business opportunities and develop joint go-to-market strategies with our partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a regional business plan that aligns with company objectives and drives revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including system integrators, consulting companies, and independent software vendors (ISVs).
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales plans.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to develop joint go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, account management, or sales leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, IT services, and enterprise software solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese (Spanish a plus).
